I accidentally put the wrong shipping address and order information. Can I modify my order?

Unfortunately no. We process orders very quickly and are unable to make changes or cancellations once the order is submitted. To modify orders with a different delivery location please contact the courier with your tracking information to request an address change.
In regards to orders already processed we cannot change or modify them. Please refer to our return policy for further reference.

My order arrived damaged. Please Help!

We are extremely sorry your order arrived damaged. We at CatSyl Beauty find that unacceptable. Please provide us with a photo of your damaged product to catherine@catsylbeauty.com and we will assist in exchanging your item.

How do I return or exchange a product purchased on Catsylbeauty.com?

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with our products. We understand that sometimes products do not work out after purchase.
Unfortunately as of now we do not accept returns on items purchased from Catsylbeauty.com. All sales are final.

When is my order going to ship?

Each order made before 5pm PST will be shipped in 2 business days. Due to current events, carrier delays are to be expected. Our carrier partners are currently experiencing service delays due to COVID-19. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your tracking number to show movement

How do I know my order has been shipped?

Each order will be provided with a unique tracking number. Please use that tracking number to track your shipment on the respective couriers website

My package is lost please help!

I do not live in the United States. Will I have to pay duties?

International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. When ordering from Catsylbeauty.com, the recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for any of these import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Some countries will show duties and taxes included in the price of the product, while others will have the option of paying duties and or taxes at checkout or upon receipt of the order.


Do you ship internationally? 

Yes we do! Delivery time outside the united States is 10-21 business days via the United States Postal Service. 

We do offer expedited shipping  via UPS and DHL. Please note, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: customs, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers from USPS to international mail carriers.
